I wandered in on a Sunday and didn’t know exactly what I wanted. I ordered a simple iced coffee and had a ham & cheddar pastry that they warmed up. That iced coffee was so richly flavored; it was the best I had had in months! No bitterness, just a robust flavor that I enjoyed over ice with a little cream. The staff was friendly; the place was immaculately clean, and yet beautifully cozy. I small-talked and then took my order to go so I could explore Seal Rock that afternoon. I will definitely be back. What a great find!
We visited this coffee shop 4 times on our 3 day trip to Newport. Yes, we thought it was that good! It's a great place to get coffee and baked goods to go. But also a very chill place to sit and enjoy your drinks or eats. It was great for our 2 kids who enjoyed their smores hot chocolates and games to play. They have a nice selection of specialty coffee drinks, teas and Italian sodas. I am a decaf drinker and their decaf is great. Yes they only offer 12oz drinks which to me personally is not a problem at all. They staff is very friendly and make some killer drinks.
Not to be corny... but that was definitely love at first sip. I got the dirty chai with oat milk and my barista delivered excellent service and quality espresso. Wish I got a better photo. Great spot.
Atmosphere is really nice. They did nice work making this a cool place to get coffee and even sit. Why can’t all coffee places be this cool? Edit: they pre-heated my cup. It seems small, but I love hot coffee and it always loses temperature when I get it. This was a varsity move and I love it!
Great, simple little coffee shop. Hand crafted coffee and other drinks. My guy at the counter perfected my iced latte with sweet cream foam beautifully. I consider myself somewhat a coffee snob—or just a very particular coffee person; this coffee spot meets all my needs and ended up being my daily pick while visiting for Christmas. Didn’t get to try any food so can’t attest to that, but 5/5 for me on coffee!
Best coffee house in Newport! This is a cafe. It doesn't have a restaurant to try and make extra money so the coffee drinks are top notch. Right now the February love drink is made for lovin you had chocolate and strawberry infused in the iced latte which was to die for. My boyfriend had the white rabbit latte which was sweet enough for me to enjoy my sip.
It was my birthday they made it special. Barista had amazing customer service and friendly. They had fun fresh takes on coffee which is nice. The menu may not expansive as “Starbucks “ but it was perfect for a upscale coffee shop
